Recently, numerous experts and scholars have done extensive studies on power grid alarm processing and fault diagnosis, however all of these methods utilized action information from protection or circuit breaker that is fulfilled after protection action. In this paper, according to different kinds of failures, we will study an effective fault identification technique for electrical engineering.
